The Head of Sales is responsible for the sales of services and products of action press international GmbH. He/she manages the conceptual planning and implementation of sales activities and develops new sales channels.

In addition to the acquisition of new customers, the development and maintenance of strong, long-term customer relationships are among his/her main tasks. In order to develop appropriate sales strategies and targets, knowledge of the industry and regular market analyses are a prerequisite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for the Head of Sales job. Differentiated and achievable solutions must be effectively communicated to management through proposals and presentations. A strong customer focus and very good negotiation and presentation skills are expected for regular visits to customers, prospects and events, including overseas.

In the sales department, the Head of Sales, in consultation with management, is responsible for assembling, leading and supervising the sales team.

The maintenance of a CRM system and the regular writing of presentations, project and status reports as well as reportings are mandatory.
